Version 3

Multiflex Australia supplies Version 3 series push pull cables, also referred to as 30 Series control cables and equivalent to the Morse 31-35 range across the C, B and BC variants. These cables suit a wide range of applications and are available with clamp hubs, bulkhead hubs, or a combination of the two at each end, so you can match the cable to your exact hub configuration.

Clamp hubs (both ends) — equivalent to Morse 31C-35C, fitted with stainless steel clamp hubs at each end.
Bulkhead hubs (both ends) — equivalent to Morse 31B-35B, fitted with plated steel bulkhead hubs at each end.
Bulkhead and clamp hub combination — equivalent to Morse 31BC-35BC, fitted with a stainless steel clamp hub at one end and a plated steel bulkhead hub at the other.

Across all three configurations, these cables feature a flat wrap 2.7mm stainless steel inner core and an HDPE outer conduit with HDPE liner for smooth, consistent operation. Cable travel is available in 2", 3", 4" and 5" options, with a 10-32 UNF (3/16") rod size, a minimum bend radius of 125mm, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C.

Cables are measured overall (tip to tip) and manufactured in quarter-metre increments, with custom lengths available on request. As a direct equivalent to the Morse 30 Series, our Version 3 cables provide a dependable, Australian-assembled replacement option whichever hub configuration you need.
